Speed, Agility, and Quickness Training methodologies are used to compliment and coordinate the lower body training provided by the treadmill and the upper body training provided by the shooting clinics. SAQ Training provides a stimulus to coordinate multi-tasked activities. This is essential to being able to blend the hockey fundaments together into the development of the complete hockey player. SAQ Training programs incorporate upper and lower body drills at a variety of speeds, levels, directions and patterns, and, as a result, enhance movement for athletic excellence.
